WHAT EXACTLY IS TAE BEAT?

Tae Beat is the fusion between Tae Kwon Do, dance and high-intensity training moves using both your own and additional weight. We have 7 different 50-minute long classes where we absolutely work the entire body. Depending on the class, we focus on specific areas of the body. Our mission is to help you achieve your goals by training hard, having fun and learning how to defend yourself along the way.

TAE BEAT COMBAT

A class focused on learning and cleaning the techniques of Tae Kwon Do that we use in our classes. We create imaginary combats that will make you burn many calories, but at the same time learn to defend yourself!

TAE BEAT KICKS

Duration: 50 mins (25 mins aerobic training/ 25 mins anaerobic training)
Focus: Lower-body

We combine Tae Kwon Do and dance for the first part and incorporate weight on the second part maximizing the effectiveness of the workout. It is usually carried on a circuit and is totally focused on kicks and strengthening legs. In this class you will tone your legs like never before!

 

 

TAE BEAT PUNCHES

Duration: 50 mins (25 mins aerobic training/ 25 mins anaerobic training)
Focus: Upper-body

We combine Tae Kwon Do and dance for the first part and incorporate weight on the second part maximizing the effectiveness of the workout. We apply upper-body defenses and attacks so that you can also learn how to defend yourself.

 

TAE BEAT CORE

Duration: 50 mins (25 mins aerobic training/ 25 mins anaerobic training)
Focus: Abs and Back

We combine Tae Kwon Do and dance for the first part and incorporate weight on the second part maximizing the effectiveness of the workout. This class is all about abs and back!!! Prepare to get a six-pack with this one.

 

 

TAE BEAT INTENSE

Duration: 50 mins 
Focus: Burning Calories and Conditioning

This class is all about getting some resistance and conditioning. We mix the coreographies, the martial arts, and the functional training all in one. We can assure you that with this class you will increase your cardiovascular efficiency to the max.

 

 

TAE BEAT CARDIO

Duration: 50 mins 
Focus: burn calories

This class is definitely one of the favorites. We consider this the core of Tae Beat as it is how Tae Beat was originally born. A full out 50-min class of dancing, kicking, and having fun! Try it, you’ll love it!

TAE BEAT FULL BODY

Duration: 50 mins (25 mins aerobic training/ 25 mins anaerobic training)
Focus: Entire Body!

Don’t have time to segment parts of the body? Worry not! This is the class you were looking for. In this class we work absolutely every single part of the body. Cardio and then weights ? Or maybe weights and then cardio? Who knows! It all depends on the coach that day.
